We rented the stretch Cadillac Escalade to tour Christmas lights this weekend (Dec 11. 2021). Howard was our driver. WOW! What a great time! Howard was so much fun!
We could tell he can be "the professional" if you wanted him to be, but he became part of our party and added to our fun. The limo was very clean - the drive was nice and Stacy at the office (such a pleasant and accomodating person!!) worked with us since we weren't really sure where we wanted to go or what we wanted to do!

Driver showed up in a older model Escalade limo, not even cleaned. I met driver when he arrived. Paid him in full plus a nice tip. He proceeded to rush us, my daughter is getting ready for her wedding day and had a few issues with her dress. He was in a hurry to get to his next job even though my contract stated 2 hrs. He then called his dispatch to complain. She called me in the middle of me lining up for the wedding to say he needed to be at a another job soon. I was way under my two hour time limit but yet still being rushed. Very very unprofessional and will never use again!! Buyer beware!

Driver very pleasant and professional. Very apologetic for condition of vehicle. limousine was older model Cadillac Escalade very loud in of a muffler and Air conditioner didn’t work. Made for an uncomfortable 1 hour 15 minutes drive to and from event with temperatures over 90 degrees.

Critical: Professionalism
Called looking for a quote for use in a funeral since their site doesn't provide costs. When I asked for the hourly rate, instead of providing that, he was rude and spoke to me as if I were ignorant. Needless to say, our business will go elsewhere; where respect and professionalism matter. Thanks guy.

We got a limo for my mom's 80th birthday and our driver, Phyllis, was AWESOME! The limo was very clean, the temperature in the limo was perfect as it was chilly and Phyllis made sure it was comfortable. She was early and was completely professional. She was friendly and you could just tell she likes her job which is nice for a change! She made the trip even more enjoyable with her attitude! Thanks Phyllis & Mike for making sure it was all set-up for us! Would use again!! We went from Greenbrier to Aberdeen Barn and had a great time!!

They were awesome! It was a last minute request for their services. Not only were they able to accommodate me but also upgraded me to the Hummer for no additional charge. Also the driver was amazing!!! He was so respectful and had no problems with all the stops we wanted to take. I would highly recommend them and they will be my first choice for my next event.
