GSA has programs for children 6 weeks to five years old, featuring Little Sprouts, Preschool and Kindergarten programs to fit the needs of any developmental stage of childhood.

Students will experience a cross curricular education which includes the Arts at the heart of our program. Our parents, teachers, and students all work together to reach one goal; educate the minds of the future. Our warm atmosphere is welcoming to children as they engage in a friendly space.
Research and experience address the need for the young children to engage in "best practices" that differentiates instruction and are developmentally appropriate.This means that as teachers we need to observe how the child learns best and then create a learning environment that meets his or her needs.

Garden State Academy is a unique school featuring a Preschool of the Arts and Kindergarten at both locations located in Galloway Township and Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey. The Master level teachers are enthusiastic about the individual and small group opportunities each student receives during their time at the academy.
At Garden State Academy, we utilize Creative Curriculum; an interactive teaching method. Our program focuses on a series of disciplines that build upon one another, much like a ladder. Children excel at learning when taught using real life experiences, and better retain knowledge through personal experience and analytic thinking rather than memorization.
Young children and the fast pace of their development in the first five years of life change frequently. We believe a teacher that understands child development is most appropriate to educate young children. It is with great pride Garden State Academy can offer a program of certified and master level teachers that are specialized in child development.
Garden State Academy is very excited to offer our new location as a before and aftercare bus stop for BOTH Smithville Elementary and Pomona Preschool. GSA will be open as early as 7:30 am and aftercare will available until 4:30pm (after school lessons/clubs also available). You will need to list GSA as a babysitter with the Galloway Township School District.
