I had my first appointment at Utica dental recently and it was a positive experience. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I did ask about Invisalign at my appointment and we went through that consultation. Dr. Hinkle took the time to answer my questions but when I left I realized he's missed some key points in the discussion such as how long I would have to wear them. Overall, I think this was a pretty good dental experience.

Just went here recently for the first time and had a great experience! I felt at ease the moment I walked in as the receptionist had the most welcoming smile. I left with the cleanest teeth ever and they give me advice on how to keep my teeth strong and nice looking. I was never one for cosmetic looks and physical appearance, but I'm not going to lie, my teeth looking so nice makes me feel really confident! If you need any service regarding your teeth, this is the perfect place to go to.

I've been living in Oklahoma all my life and have been looking for a good dentist! I first saw Utica Dental and proceeded to try them out. They had great, welcoming staff and the location was great! The interior is nice and clean, making for a great overall experience! The dental appointment was just as expected, straight forward and to the point! The dentist was nice and made me feel safe!

I love the environment and staff! Had the best root canal experience! Pain only lasted a little on first day then no more afterwards and I didn't even took the prescribed pain killers. It was a pleasant surprise to get a call from Dr. Hinkle afterwards, glad for the great care and efforts from staff to ensure my visit pleasant and relaxing. I wasn't pressured into getting anything I dont need. It was described to me from beginning what should be done and how much out of pocket. Thank You Dr. Hinkle and your wonderful staff!

My wife and I have been to several dentist over the last 15 years and Utica Dental has been the best hands down. The staff is AWESOME and so is Dr. Hinkle. If Utica Dental finds an issue they take the time to explain it in detail. They will show the scans or x-rays of exactly what they found and explain their diagnosis in layman's terms. They have no issue with debate and are open to options. Personally, I highly recommend them. Excellent office and a very professional dentist.

Dr. Hinkle's office absolutely deserves a 5-star rating for more reasons than I can list. Time and time again, his office never ceases to amaze me when it comes down to making adjustments and accommodations to my extremely busy schedule...and today was another great example.
I woke up this morning with an abscessed tooth, and I called their office 20 minutes before they opened (not to my surprise, but somebody answered)! They were able to get me in right away and determined I needed a root canal. Luckily (I know this won't happen every time) he was able to attend to my tooth immediately

The office is really nice and clean, but the dentist is dishonest. I had a root canal done. It still hurt after several weeks. I went back twice and he told me to give it more time. I finally went to an endodontist and an entire canal was missed. I had to pay to have it redone. They wouldn't refund my money. My husband never gets cavities and he was told he had 5. He went to another dentist who told him he had none. They tell everyone they grind their teeth and need a mouth guard. They tell everyone they need invisaline. He is a crook.

I had the worst experience. The assistant was super rude she called me a baby because I was choking from her shooting a bunch of water in my mouth. The dentist kept getting up and going to other people 2 fillings took 3 1/2 hours. Also a chunk of my gum was cut out, I was unaware that was going to happen. I was in tears from the mouth thing they pried my mouth open with. 9 hours later and my mouth is super swollen and numb.

Despite my general aversion to dentist visits, I have to say that Dr Hinkle's office is by far the best dental experience I have had. I have been seeing him for several years after bouncing around between several dentists, and have always had a pleasant experience. Even last year when getting my wisdom teeth out (3 total, including one that was below the surface), the procedure was smooth (I fell asleep during the surgery!), the staff was comforting and Dr Hinkle did a nice job sewing me up so that I had virtually no pain and no issues with infection after the fact. Just had the most dental work I've ever had to do and, strangely, this was my best dental visit ever. Utica Dental was totally cool. From the moment I called to set up the appointment everyone was super friendly. Dr. Hinkle called me himself the evening before my appointment to confirm and make sure I knew how to get there. When I got there, I was treated like a star and offered coffee and cocoa. The lobby was beautiful and the rooms themselves were gorgeous as far as medical offices go... it almost felt spa-like. The chairs even give you a massage!
