I can’t say enough wonderful things about this business. I had to cancel my original appointment months ago because myself and my children all had Covid. When I cancelled, the phone coordinator asked me if they could bring me anything from the store or anything at all that I needed. As a woman that lives states away from family, this offer meant so very much. Compassion AND customer service!!! I will promote this business to everyone I know and beyond, always. Oh, and the carpet cleaning tonight was excellent!! Thank you!!

HomePerfect was referred by a professional friend of mine. These people did work that was not required, did not provide timely results and ultimately when asked for detailed of why they decided to do certain things, they decided to sue me because of duplicated efforts in the process of restoring our property. Their owners tried to bribe me to get the work, lied to me by telling me they work on behalf of the insured when they really have the insurance companies in their pockets, Don't be fooled like I was. Be aware and know that when you are unhappy with their performance and you want to fire them

I can’t say enough about the attention to detail they used when cleaning my carpets. They used their extra big strong vacuum to vacuum my carpets then spray the neutralizer for the pet stains. Then Began cleaning the carpets. They really went over the selected areas thoroughly to make sure they got all the pet areas thoroughly cleaned. Then they turned their attention to my sofa and love seat. When they were done, they looked brand new. What a great way to start my spring clean.

I used Home Perfect Restoration for an financial estimate on the water damage to my home for insurance purposes. Dorrea, the office manager, was so kind and friendly it immediately made a good impression; she scheduled Brad to come to my home within two days. Brad very good at communicating his ETA prior to arrival and explained his process before beginning inspection. At the end, he gave us a summary on his findings and even pointed out things of concern. I would highly recommend them! Everyone was so friendly and professional.

We had a fire that resulted in an almost total loss of our home. Scott, Rob, Ryan and their team have been amazing at helping us navigate through the process. We have only just begun, but I'm confident we'll be completely satisfied with the results and I'll update my review with photos too!

I have been on the fence about writing this. I have never felt more betrayed by a company. This was last year, our home was partially flooded due to the heavy rains and a clogged landscape drain. Home Perfect was working on another job for us that was actually going well! They were really great in the beginning but I had never had to experience anything like this before.
There are so many more details, photos and incidents that I finally gave up on Home Perfect.

Today was the first time I used Home Perfect for carpet cleaning.
First off I they were easy to schedule with, called ahead of appointment to let me know they were on their way, Showed up on time and were extremely professional. BUT what is even better than that is that they were able to revive a carpet that was extremely soiled and stained. I really could not believe what they were able to accomplish. They also did the tile and it turned out wonderful too! I am excited to have found them and will use them again in the near future.

From start to finish, from contacting the company about a quote to the wonderful employees leaving after a hard days work, Home Perfect Restoration was, well, PERFECT!
Eli and Josh cleaned our tile floors to their original grout color! They also took a tired shower and made it gleam! Our area rug was sad and dirty but now it looks immaculate! I'm not sure who their boss is but, someone needs to tell them to definitely give them a raise!
They not only worked VERY hard but the were punctual, courteous and quick! I plan on calling Home Perfect Restoration again to clean our couches before

I have been using Home Perfect Restoration for my Travertine stone and carpet care for about 6 years now. Home Perfect scheduling and office staff is always organized and friendly. I have been lucky enough to have Eli as my stone care specialist every time I needed my stone cleaned. He is always on time and very professional. I just recently had my Taravertine cleaned and resealed and it looks brand new. Absolutely beautiful!! It is rare to have the same specialist for this many years. To me, that says something about the company. They take care of their people.

This company is wonderful! From the first contact with the friendly lady who helped me on the phone to the guys in the field (George and company) who basically performed magic on our floor tile and grout, we couldn't be more pleased.
Our tile floors and grout look brand new after 12 years of wear and tear and animal filth, it's so beautiful and our home smells so clean and fresh!
Courteous, helpful, professional and quick! I would not hesitate to refer them to family and friends or call them again.
