Neuromuscular Therapy addresses pain at its source. Experts say that 80% of pain is soft tissue in nature. Whether you have pain resulting from a sporting injury, an auto accident or bad posture, neuromuscular therapy is often the ideal treatment. Simply put, neuromuscular therapy combines massage therapy with the science of trigger points to reduce pain and improve performance.

Over 80 million Americans live with moderate to severe pain resulting from an accident, disease, or disorder - and nearly 40% of them report being unable to find adequate pain relief. They often resort to toxic pharmaceuticals to suppress their pain, yet still feel hopeless in their quest to find a natural, effective, and long-lasting solution.

What a happy day when I first stopped at Gentle Therapies. I was looking for a massage therapist that might be able to help me with a leg/knee problem and I could not have been happier with the outcome. That first experience was years ago and I've never stopped going to Gentle Therapies. Whatever you need, from relaxation to serious work on knotted muscle, they can help you out. Highly recommended!
