Kay Degner has been a Wisconsin Registered and Nationally Certified Massage Therapist since 2000. She is certified in Lypossage, Touch for Health, Esoteric Healing, and is a Reiki Master Teacher. She is also proficient in Precision Neuromuscular Technique, a very effective therapeutic method. Combining numerous healing modalities enables her to give each client the best care.
Neuromuscular Therapy addresses pain at its source. Experts say that 80% of pain is soft tissue in nature. Whether you have pain resulting from a sporting injury, an auto accident or bad posture, neuromuscular therapy is often the ideal treatment. Simply put, neuromuscular therapy combines massage therapy with the science of trigger points to reduce pain and improve performance.
Now imagine what it would feel like to go through your day feeling rested, energized, refreshed, and confident. Imagine a life-renewing technology that is safe, natural, and non-invasive, that you can start using today to reverse the wear and tear of stress and the years. There is nothing else like the DreamSpa Light Treatment.
Over 80 million Americans live with moderate to severe pain resulting from an accident, disease, or disorder - and nearly 40% of them report being unable to find adequate pain relief. They often resort to toxic pharmaceuticals to suppress their pain, yet still feel hopeless in their quest to find a natural, effective, and long-lasting solution.

Wheaties can be used for muscle aches, stress reduction, neck tension and stiffness, arthritic pain, or just to warm up. Many essential oils have anti-inflammatory, antiviral, antibacterial, antiseptic and anti-fungal properties that help to boost your immune system and fight infections.

Kay focuses on the areas that you specify. I was pleasantly surprised when I asked if there was anything she could do to help my TMJ - and she answered "yes." It helped immensely!

What a happy day when I first stopped at Gentle Therapies. I was looking for a massage therapist that might be able to help me with a leg/knee problem and I could not have been happier with the outcome. That first experience was years ago and I've never stopped going to Gentle Therapies. Whatever you need, from relaxation to serious work on knotted muscle, they can help you out. Highly recommended!

I get massages Gentle Therapies about 4 times per year. I feel so good after an appointment I wonder why I don't have an appointment should consider setting an appointment once per week.
