Took my Hyundai in for a ceramic tint about 7 months ago and it has held up great! My appointment was at the start of the pandemic and I was happy with the way they had quickly implemented safety protocols. I contacted them again to get a quote on my Ram and was very happy with their customer service. They were able to schedule me in this week to get it done

Be extremely careful with this Tint Shop. I dropped $2,000 to have my Tesla 3 tinted and to have PFF installed on the front end. (1) They are over priced (2) They don't stand behind their products. Within (2) weeks of having both installed on my car, the window tint was already bubbling in several places and I had several rock chips on the front of my car. Hannah did offer to fix the tint but when I asked her to rectify the rock chips, she told me that the chips "weren't that big" and that ultimately, "the PFF did it's job because the rock chips would have been bigger

I had two cars get their windshield done and the guy who worked on it did it really carefully to make sure it's perfect! A few days later after it dried, I didn't notice the film at all anymore and my dash barely only gets warm so the ceramic is definitely working. I also like their customer service as they always answer their phone. I had to wait outside while my car was being worked on but it was well worth it.

While waiting for my car to be tinted, the waiting room had a tv, sodas, and coffee, which made my experience even more enjoyable. 5 stars for everything!

Customer service, I had an appointment Saturday morning. When I got there they had told me to call and let them know I was there because due to covid19 they were having people drop off their vehicles which made sense. When I finally got to the shop I called, when they answered they said a tech was going to head to my vehicle and go over the work order and get my keys. I waited for over 15 minutes and no one came to my car so I just decided to leave. About and hour after I left some one calls me from the shop and I told them what had happened and then he switches his story sayin I was supposed to
