Dr. Johnson grew up in Metro Detroit and has been a part of the Dearborn community his whole life. He graduated from The University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science degree.
Following graduation, he spent a year working in the mountains of Colorado (Vail) and then went on to receive his DDS from The University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry in 2001. Immediately following graduation, Dr. Johnson joined his father's Dr. Gregory Johnson cosmetic and general dentistry practice.

Dr. Johnson is helpful, efficient, and kind, as are his hygienist, assistants, and office staff. They manage time well; patients are never kept waiting. Visiting this single-dentist practice is a pleasant experience; such a statement from a dentist-phobic patient says a lot about the level of service.

Een going here for years. Staff are always friendly and courteous of any issues you may have. Dr Dan always in a good mood and sings to you as he cleans your teeth or does procedures, always puts you at ease. Very family oriented practice and I'd have no problem recomending it to anyone,Great place to go!

Dr. Johnson cares for several people in our family. We all love him. He provides excellent dental care. He has a wonderful personality and makes you feel at ease no matter the procedure. The office is run very efficiently. I have never had an issue scheduling an appointment or a problem with billing. I always leave with a smile (and sparkling teeth).

We drive approximately 40 miles to continue our dental care at the most amazing office! We have been a patient for over 40 years and it is worth the drive. Dr. Johnson and staff are very friendly and professional. Dr. Johnson is very patient and explains your care thoroughly. Everyone makes you feel very welcome!

He's been my dentist a couple of years. My son and daughter also go to him now.
What I like about Dr Johnson is he takes personal care in making sure that all his patients are well taken care of. Even if you are just getting a cleaning, he personal examines before you leave. Also, he never pushes a procedure, he gives you the scenario what could happen or not happen and leaves the decision up to you.
Prices are reasonable and offers insurance plans if you don't have insurance.

I have actually been coming to this facility since I was a 9 yr old. I'm now 58
I've been seeing Dr. Johnson since he took over this practice. He's always up on the latest modern procedures & I've never had any issues with any work he's ever done. His staff is always courteous & respectful.
I have been living in Grand Rapids for over 2 yrs now and still make trips back for my cleanings & any work I may need done. That's how much I love this office!!!!

I just switched this year from an office that I did not like at all! Right from the first appointment, the staff at Johnson Family Dentistry made myself and my family feel welcome and very comfortable. The hygienists are gentle during the cleaning appointments, and appointment have always started on time...usually early. I've never had to wait! Both kids love the office. They look forward to going to the dentist again. We are very happy that we had a friend recommend Dr. Johnson to us. Thank you!

I’m so glad I found Johnson Family Dentistry a few years ago. Katelyn is an excellent hygienist, her cleanings are fast and she offers great cleaning tips/advice when needed. Dr. Johnson is also excellent, super helpful and made sure my fillings were as painless as possible. I actually really look forward to going to the dentist now!
