We use a water capture system that allows us to clean and reuse the car wash water, we use energy efficient LED lighting and a variable frequency electric motor to run the car wash system.You can feel good about keeping your car clean while keeping the environment green. In May of 2014, we updated our tunnel wash to a more efficient, ecologically responsible automatic tunnel.

Came here to wash the mudd off my suby. Left a big mess for them to clean up. Jk! Came to keep my suby clean. The staff is very pleasant and friendly. Word to the wise, be kind to one another and dry your car off away from the wash bay, so another customer could use it. Glad they are in the neighborhood.

For the last decade I've had a car with a spoiler that wasn't able to go through an automated carwash, or else the spoiler could get ripped off, so I've gotten pretty used to washing my car by hand. I can go through carwashes with my newest purchase, but somehow find myself going back to these self service car washes out of a combination of nostalgia and affordability.

I pulled right into an empty stall, instructions posted were very clear. Trash cans were recently emptied and the option to use a debit card was awesome and not something a lot of other car washes have. The screen also adds up your total amount as time passes which was nice. The high pressure worked great and I got an awesome car wash for half the price of that damn duck carwash lol

My first experience at Orbit was a mixed bag. The place had been recommended to me as an in-and-out, cheaper alternative to the endless lines or waits at more traditional full-service car washes, so I gave it a shot. Overall, the experience was chaotic and confusing.
I pulled in on a Saturday (my first mistake) when they are apparently at peak traffic hours. I don't know why this place has less than 5* reviews.
It's a car wash establishment.
Never had a problem with getting bills changed.
Never had a problem using the wands or the vacuums.
Never had a problem with lack of cleaning/wax agents in the cleaning bay wands.
I can see if I had advanced arthritis or some other physical / mental disability I might have a problem washing my truck there but...it's not rocket science.
People complain about prices?? It's Sacramento, it's run by idiots that tax and regulate things to death-that costs $$$$, if you want a super cheap car

Whats great are the 4 vacuums, & this why I keep going back. There's One Row; 4 Car Wash stalls. All the basics: Soap, Rinse, Wax, the blow dry wand. Your debit/credit card starts the wash- Its up to You to shut it OFF or it continues to charge. Can use tokens/quarters, starts at $4 & climbs from there. New hoses, & Suction Power that can pull the padding right out from under your carpet if you don't pay attention. It's $1, token or coin. There are 2 Change Machines. Vacuum area needs power washing, there's also a drive thru. No attendant on site until 9pm closing. On 9th St. in Sacramento. Stay

The place is really jammed into the corner of property. But all the equipment was new and worked better than anticipated,the soap actually was almost too much,wax also was dispensed. Then to finish it off they have a nice hand operated air dryer for a perfect no streak finish. Whoever thought that up is one smart person.

I would not recommend using this self-serve car wash.... especially if you're going to use a credit card to pay their pricey rate.
There is no option to get a receipt or record of the amount, when you press the green button to stop the counter that keeps counting up, once you swipe your credit card. I was over charged when I checked the credit card transaction online. DO NOT use their credit card payment system! Rather use quarters to pay for your car wash... it's a cheaper rate too!

Keep it simple with a single, fair pricing rate

Update: the company offered a free wash for my discount code not working. Headed over now!
Second update: code worked, but wash stopped in the middle. Had to take soapy car to stall wash and pay to start over/rinse off (with a wrist brace, no less). Stall is skinny... I'm soaked!
Second update: I don't even know why I come back here. Yelp check in code doesn't work... I think they have raised the prices
