We've been dealing with Microbyte since 2013. Starting with I.T hardware support, we now use them for a phones solution as well.
I know very little about I.T. and techie stuff in general and it's important to be able to put trust in a company who do understand it.
The previous 2 companies with whom we dealt talked the talk, but that was about it. Yusuf, Lewis and their team also walk the walk.
Always happy to laugh with me over my own personal incompetence, hardly without catching breath, they then respond with well thought out solutions.
I rarely recommend, but do so for these guys unreservedly
