For the past 74 years, a symbol of compassion and caring has stood at 304 N. 2nd Street in Haskell. In 1928, a young undertaker named Bill Holden came to Haskell to work for T.J. Arbuckle, Burrell Cox and Wallace Cox, Sr. It was in 1937 that he established, at its present location, Holden Funeral Home, thus beginning the long running history of our funeral home.
The Haskell site is the main funeral home servicing the residents of Haskell, Knox City, Throckmorton, Rule, and Rochester. We are open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and are always available to assist. Questions or concerns regarding all funeral homes can be provided by calling us at this location.
