I was impressed that my call was answered so promptly, furthermore the person that answered the phone was courteous and able to assist me without any transfers or being put "on hold". Maybe I am showing my age, but it was reminiscent of how telephone customer service use to be. Good impression.

The whole Team at Juliet Blick's office exemplify a business well run. They are so friendly to work with, responsive, professional and very knowledgable. Jared works with me the most and is awesome. I would classify him as a friend rather than 'just' my broker!! I always visit the office rather than call, and you don't say that very often in this day and age! Well done Team Blick! P.S. Jake Williams is very professional & even humors my husband when he insists on speaking to "Jake from State Farm". 😁 Got our quote & answered all of my questions in a timely manner. If we end up moving to a different state, I will still insist on having insurance from THIS State Farm because of the amazing customer service from Jake!

The staff here have their customer service skills down to a T! Anytime I call there is a person I can speak with in a matter of seconds instead of going through that dreadful robot system.
