Services
The Chef & I Catering has been serving Western Pennsylvania since 1994. We are an off-site caterer with kitchen facilities located along the Allegheny River in Brackenridge, PA. Our culinary team is led by Kristopher Przybylek; Certified Executive Chefs from the American Culinary Federation. Chef Kris has over 25 years of diverse culinary experience including exclusive private clubs, fine dining restaurants and hotels.
Our guest pricing includes a full china setting, guest linens, appetizers, separate meal courses, water & coffee service and everything one expect at a formal wedding reception (except the alcohol, wedding cake and centerpieces). For most weddings, we offer a free taste testing and consultation for prospective couples and parents.
An Abundant Flowing Display of Crisp Garden Fresh Vegetables with Cool Ranch Dip and Bite Sized Assorted Cheeses, Crackers and Sweet & Spicy Mustard Dips. Above beautifully displayed in baskets with tiers, overlay, votive candles and chef's carving or silk flowers. Field Greens and Chopped Romaine with Black Olives, Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumbers & Sweet Purple Onion - Topped with Home Made Balsamic Vinaigrette (or your choice of dressing).
The menu items, services and pricing in this section are intended to give the client a wide variety of options for a buffet style meal. We offer two sample buffet packages. Each includes appetizers, salad, staffed buffet (5 hot items), rolls, butter and coffee. You can mix and match items from both packages and we'll give you a quote.
Fresh Cut Vegetables & Dip (broccoli, cauliflower, whole baby carrots, cucumbers, red & green peppers, celery) and Creamy Ranch Dip. Beautifully displayed with baskets, tiers, overlay and votive candles. Fresh Tossed Salad with Iceberg lettuce, red cabbage, shredded carrots, cucumbers, black olives, cherry tomatoes and red onion - with Italian (or balsamic) dressing.

We used Chef and I Catering to cater our Professional Development Day. A full catered lunch of Chicken Romano, Shrimp Alfredo, Roasted Red Potatoes, Green Beans, Salad and Rolls. Our employees raved over the food. The service was wonderful from beginning to end. We would definitely use their services again!

We had Chef & I cater my daughter's graduation party and were very pleased with the food, but also, and just as important as the quality of the food, was the quality of the attendant who set up and helped serve the food. Jake was very friendly, kind and attentive! Would definitely recommend and will use them again in the future.

My daughter and her fiance are thinking about using this caterer for their wedding. We went there for a tasting and really enjoyed their wonderful food. There are so many choices and the food was so tasty that it will be hard to choose which ones to order for her wedding if she decides to use this caterer. The people who work there are very welcoming and knowledgeable about the foods and packages available. It was a great experience and I'm so happy that my daughter chose to try their company. 🙂

We had a great experience with Chef & I Catering! They are so easy to work with especially in these chaotic times when venues are canceled and parties are moved. The food was exceptional! Everyone at our party commented on how delicious the food was. We were so pleased and would recommend them to cater any event!
