All of us who have gone through the process of buying a home know how exciting & stressful the whole process is ...... in our case I would add ‘smooth & easy’ as well ... coz we had Wendy Roman as our agent.
She was always prompt & available to clarify our concerns ... which she continues to even after the completion of the sale.
The nicest part was her coming to pick me up, as my husband couldn’t make it for a viewing.

I had a great experience working with the Jan at the Jana Caudill team. She was attentive and professional. I work night shift, so it can be difficult to take care of certain tasks during daytime bank hours, but Jan was so helpful and respectful of my sleep schedule. I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience we had with the Caudill team as a whole and our agent, Lauren Detamore, in particular.
