Service has been great. When we first started using them they bypassed us the first time. I called them they came right away and picked it up. They come by the same time every week so I know exactly what time it needs to be by the road.

I am not understanding how all of their customers in my area trash was picked up but they chose to pass by my house not one time but two times, slowed up, looked at the can and kept going. We don't have problems paying them but they don't always perform a good service.

They would probably do better if they would answer their phones. Their competition provided us great service. No need to call here again.

Terrible, awful service. I should have listened when everyone told me not to sign up for their services. They skipped our trash more often than they picked it up. I had to call each week to remind them to come pick up my trash .I would never, ever recommend this company to anyone.

It is apparently too much to ask your guys to place the empty receptacles a couple of feet off the road so they will not be blown over by large trucks into the road, ditch or driveway. I have made a couple of calls to you in the past and it was good for awhile but soon reverted. I am home now for a couple of months after back surgery. If I stand in the door when they pull up they will place the receptacle behind the ditch off the driveway and even wave. Today I wasn't watching for them, so where do you think they left it? Yep!
