The Moving Company Dance Studio is a supportive, creative environment where qualified, experienced, and caring teachers instruct students in ballet, modern, tap, and creative movement. The Moving Company Dance Studio is a technique oriented, non-competitive, student focused studio that provides quality dance education from highly qualified instructors. We encourage a love of dance and a dedication to the art form in students of the Mid-Coast Maine area by creating a welcoming, supportive and creative environment, and provide age appropriate training to students of all ages.
We are only open when classes are in progress - please email dance@movingcompanydancestudio.com with questions! Once on Main Street in Topsham, turn onto Monument Street between the Town Offices and 104 Main Public House. You will see First Street almost immediately on your left, just past the rear parking lot of the Town Offices.
In the event of a mandated shutdown, we will move to an online platform to continue classes. Children are natural movers - this class brings caregiver and child together for 30 minutes to focus on creativity and play through developmentally appropriate movement concepts. Support the physical, cognitive, and emotional development of your child by enrolling in one of our sessions!
The Moving Company does not charge registration fees, and your prompt payments allow us to continue our no late fee policy. 1 Full year prepayment includes a 10% discount. 2 Biannual payment includes a 5% discount. 3 Monthly payments are our full session fee divided into 10 equal payments for your convenience.
If using the front lot, you may use any space marked for Unit 5. If using the back lot, please enter and exit directly past our sign. We have neighbors - the roundabout is NOT a thru-way. Please drive slowly and carefully, and park with your headlights to the treeline. Do not park along the curb behind the building, or next to the apartment/garage behind us.
