One of my springs broke on my garage opener. I was so surprised, and happy, to get an appointment within a day of calling Olympic. The day-of, Ryan showed up early (who does that?! LOVE it!) and was very quick. Friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. The work was done in well under an hour, and he took the time to make sure everything else looked good. I am a disabled senior citizen. late yesterday afternoon, after pulling my car into the garage, and closing the garage door, i heard a really loud noise. my son came to see what happened and found that the spring on the garage door had snapped. so i couldn't get my car out. this is extremely important to me because when my son goes to work, i depend on my car for errands, doc appointments, and for any emergency.
this morning we called Olympic garage door in Sequim, WA. , and they said they would come today after learning that my car was trapped inside.
they came within an hour, and quickly fixed
