In a time where customer service is almost gone, Mark and his team go above and beyond the call, like looking at my policies yearly (with out me having to ask) to help take care of my needs. These guys were awesome!
I needed to purchase insurance for my daughter that is away at college in Indiana.

Just now called Wenclewicz to ask for a copy of my homeowners insurance policy for a loan refinance and the phone was answered right away by Liz. That's right, an actual person answers the phone! They're always helpful and respond right away to requests for coverage changes when our family auto fleet changes, which seems to happen often with two teens going through the entry into driving. I have used Mark Wenclewicz for my homeowners and auto insurance for the last five years and could not ask for a better and more customer friendly insurance company.
