Community Development Resources (CDR) is a Non-profit 501(c)3 organization whose mission is to provide capital, technical assistance, and training opportunities for small business in the State of Nebraska. CDR lends to start-up and existing businesses that have a viable business plan to create or maintain businesses.
Our staff has a strong commitment to serving the many constituents of our organization. But first and foremost, they focus their energies on those who take advantage of our programs and services. Jeff Breunig, CDR's Interim Executive Director and Loan Officer, is responsible for administrative direction, loan underwriting, closing and monitoring business loans and portfolio management.
One-on-one pre loan and post loan Technical Assistance is offered to each SBA Microloan Applicant. Subject areas of Technical Assistance may include; Starting a Business, Business Planning, Sources of Credit and Financing, Sales, Advertising and Resources needed to operate a business in Nebraska.
Applicants must be U.S. Citizens or have a permanent residence card (I-551) or have an arrival-departure card (I-94) with a departure date that exceeds the term of the loan.Borrower must have reasonable credit, or have demonstrated a willingness to repay debt by rectifying past credit problems. Applicant requesting the loan must be the business owner or senior partner and be willing to personally guaranty the note.

Provides small businesses access to low cost fixed rate financing with long term payback. Available in amounts from $100,000 to $5 Million with a term from 10, 20, and 25 years. Funds may be used for property, to build or expand facilities and for long term equipment. A loan checklist is provided for each SBA 504 loan applicant as Technical Assistance.
