We were lucky enough to win a Cozzia USA massage chair and we absolutely love it! The customer service has been perfect and the chair is amazing. My husband spends hours in our chair, watching sports and using the many settings of massages that are available. I like to close my eyes, relax and unwind from the day in it. Highly recommend!

We recently acquired a Cozzia Qi SE chair. We are so blessed to have one of your chairs! My wife and I both have issues with our backs. We use this chair up to 2 to 3 times everyday. This chair does things I would never have dreamed a piece of equipment could do. There are so many things that helps us to feel better! We thank you and would recommend anyone purchase this chair!

I am not happy with the quality of this bass guitar rug. It came in an approx 8×10 package. SERIOUSLY! It is comparable to one of those cheap rugs/playmat children use to drive their cars on. I paid $60.00 for this rug including shipping. I bought my grandson a similar quality rug/playmate, for 9.99 to drive his cars on. They say this rug was 1/2 off the regular price of 99.00. That is laughable but it is there way of not giving you a refund. It says anything that is more than 10% off is non refundable. Well, I am still going to try. I will post again when I hear from them.

This company does NOT Stand behind their products. I have a chair from them that started malfunctioning six months after I purchased it. It was repaired twice by them over the few years I've owned it. And is now according to them not repair a bowl due to lack of parts. They never offered to replace exchange or even a discount on another chair. Their Products are poorly manufactured in CHINA and they do not care about their customers.
And expensive piece of junk. Try any other brand.
