Ordered flowers from 1800 Flowers for my girlfriends birthday. While the delivery was timely what was delivered was a big disappointment. They looked nothing like the photo from the website and had dead, wilted flowers combined with some that hadn’t even bloomed. I sent in a complaint and had flowers delivered again the next day. While they were alive they did not look like what was originally ordered.

I ordered sympathy flowers from David Swesey Florist (all the way from North Carolina) and they were absolutely beautiful. I was not able to attend the services so these flowers needed to speak for me. My relatives sent me pictures and I was very pleased. I will use this florist again. So I like some pretty particular flowers, and when I called to ask if they had any available they immediately ordered them special for me and had my arrangements ready in 24hrs. When I went to pick them up, my 2 year old started to get a little fussy as they wrapped my arrangements and immediately one of they ladies offered to let her pick out a flower and then specially wrapped it for her to take home. As for the flowers, they were beautiful and unique. Couldn't be happier with this florist!

We have used Swesey Florist for multiple occasions and have received excellent customer service each time. I called today at 1pm and asked if they could deliver flowers by 4pm today. They said they could. We discussed an arrangement for my daughter's birthday and they were very helpful.
Before calling this florist, I called some of the bigger florists in the area. They were unable to help me until the following day. I was pleasantly surprised when this florist told me they could help me with this last minute request. They had less than 3 hours to design and deliver the flowers and they did it. They came through, just as they said they would. My daughter loved the arrangement. I would definitely use
