Highly disappointed in this company! They did wonderful tree work for us a number of years back, so I wanted to use them again this Fall for some basic trimming. Kevin came out reasonably quickly to give me a quote on September 4th, with the understanding that it would be a few weeks before they could do the work due to an open crew position. But it would be before the end of September. When I called the office two weeks later to see where we were in queue, I was told Kevin would get the message and get back to me. Nothing! I emailed the company on Monday, Oct 1st to ask the status of our

Kevin Jr. is such a nice young man. Hired him to bring my front yard and trees back to life this Spring and he did an incredible job. Always on schedule, proactive and extremely knowledgeable. Got the work done, never had to call twice and always supplied outstanding suggestions and lawn care advice. My lawn did a complete 180. If you're looking for great service, Frontier Tree's the best choice in Monmouth county.

I probably should have known from the fact that the owner showed up hours late to a five minute estimate with no call (I had to call several them times) that I was on the wrong track with Frontier Tree Service. Nevertheless, when he finally showed up with only a vague apology, he offered a decent price and said that he'd come by to take down the tree in two to three weeks. As we are in an area affected by the recent hurricane, it didn't seem that unreasonable. Unfortunately, no one ever came to take down the tree. No call, no communication of any kind.
