After spending 15 years employed by luxury properties such as The Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach Florida and The Four Seasons Hotel Boston learning from the absolute best in the industry, I established Sara Kovel Events in 2015. I was no stranger to entrepreneurship; in 2011 my husband and I opened Catalyst Restaurant, one of the pioneer restaurants and event venues in Technology Square near the MIT Campus in Cambridge Massachusetts.
