Very frustrating experience. We booked 2 sprays for spruce bud worm a year in advance for beginning of june. We asked for 48 hours notice which did not happen. After several phone calls I learned our first spray would be June 23. We were told by the sprayer that it should have been done much earlier. The second spray was suppose to be 2 weeks later. I had to followup again and learned it would be July 7, It didnot happen. I had to call again to learn the new date was July 12. Meanwhile I emailed 3 times to ask if it was worth spraying since the spruce bud worms were gone. no answer. i contacted

Amazing Service!! Everyone at Arborcare is extremely professional. They all seem to genuinely enjoy working there which goes a long way to enhancing customer service. It took two weeks from reaching out for a quote to remove two trees to the stump removal. All the felled wood was piled neatly, the area cleaned up. All of my questions were answered honestly and clearly.

Some workers were trimming trees in the area for Enmax and ended up not knocking on my door (or at least I didn’t hear). They cut some branches from the tree in my back yard, which was right above my brand new jeep. Naturally, I was not happy because it was covered in sawdust but there was no damage. I phoned to file a complaint and received a very… timely response from Chris (supervisor). Not only did he handle the situation really well, but I was also given some complimentary carwashes for the hassle and mix up. I was very pleased with how the situation was handled.

Arron and his team at ArborCare are awesome! I had submitted an estimate request on their website and Arron contacted me within a couple hours. He was very professional and understanding of what work we wanted done. Him and his team were able to start work on our back yard within a couple days. They were very prompt and communicated with me every detail along the way. The entire team was organized and cleaned up as they worked. I am very happy with what Arron and his team did and would highly recommend them. I am already planning to contact them again in the near future!

I would like to give ArborCare a top rating for their services as well as for being compassionate to stressed out pet owners. Our little kitty managed to climb up a massive tree in our back yard. She had been up there for 12 hours and overnight. She was very scared and wouldn’t stop crying. When I reached out to Arbor Care early this morning they came within an hour. Thank you to Wayne and his climbing skills and to the other employees involved in our kitty rescue. Truly professional and top notch individuals at this company. We are very grateful. I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone

I would like to thank Samantha Richard and the entire team at ArborCare in Calgary. We had a tree that needed to be taken down and a short timeline to execute. Sam kept me informed and gave superb service all through the process, from giving me a quick quote, to helping navigate the teams to take the tree down, to suggestions for a new tree and making sure all went well.
