We wanted an estimate for a ductless unit in our sunroom and he came out promptly. He said he would call that evening with a price…..that was probably a month ago. In spite of phone calls and even a visit to the office they told us he would get back with us. I wouldn’t want them to do any work if they can’t even give an estimate promptly. I don’t imagine Tom handled his business like this, so I don’t have high hopes for their longevity.

My Heat Pump Unit Went Out With A Bad Compressor In April Of 2018. I Called These Guys To Look At It And I Thought They Would Finally Get Back To Me On Repairing My Unit. I Finally Got To Talk To The Owner And He Gave Me A Price On An Old Used Unit To Replace My Old Unit. I Told Him I Was Thinking About Putting In Window A/C Units. He Told Me That I Might Be Better Off. Thats What I Did And I Stayed Comfortable All Summer. Thanks.

Ridiculously unprofessional service, or rather, lack thereof. Our A/C stopped blowing air and when they came to look at it, told us to hang a blanket up in the stairwell and that it was struggling to keep up with the heat from the upstairs. This unit has been functioning fine all summer through many high temps, set at the exact same temperature(a high one, at that, just enough to be bearable). When they left, there was STILL no air blowing and they acknowledged that fact. Now it has been a week of them saying they will come by the house again this afternoon, that afternoon, and they NEVER showed
