Unprofessional behaviour beyond my imagination. Calling on a load, dialling extension 196 Jessie. Guy picks up the phone, asks me what’s my MC, says he needs to put someone else on hold and keeps me waiting for 10 minutes without an answer and then simply hangs up. I’m calling back and say hey, I waited for 10 minutes and you just hang up. He says, oh I apologise, I had a very important call but the load you called on has been covered.

BE AWARE OF SCAM!!!! I GOT A LOAD FROM THIS BROKER, HE DEDUCTED
$250 from my rate saying that my driver did not connect to Macropoint and not even letting us know about the issue. We could call the driver and ask again. In most of the time Macropoint not working properly, but he waited until we deliver the load and deducted. I guess this is the way this company makes money.

I've been working regularly with AVA for nearly a year now, and they are one of my favorite brokerages. Good folks, honest and reliable, they have paid well and on time. Living in N Nevada myself it's great to have them to work with. If they had less freight going to California, we would be working together a lot more!
