Unfortunately, LI Outdoor Furniture is unethical and inappropriate. We handed off a huge order to LI Outdoor Furniture for the 3rd year in a row - thousands of dollars worth of expensive Kingsley Bate Lounge Cushions along with chair cushions and umbrella canvases for cleaning. First, LI Outdoor Furniture lost our order. They then said they found it but it was in a black garbage back, never cleaned after 7 months, and covered in mold. They indicated all would be fine. I called many times over the next few weeks to follow up on progress. No one ever called me back. Then, out of nowhere they called
