During this crazy time with car prices I had to take advantage of getting the most money for my car because I would be upside down in normal times. They offered me way more than a Honda dealership. So I sold my car here and decided to be car free for the foreseeable future. Process is pretty simple just expect to do some negotiation like always with car dealerships. The payoff of your loan takes a few weeks so you may have to make a payment to avoid being in default. Also don't forget to get a refund for gap insurance which many people forget about. I'm not sure if I would buy a car

The dealership had hidden fees that would turn anyone away. The online price of the car isn't actually what you have to pay. The down payment for financing is added on along with prep and destination fees. Kazi came out to discuss our offer and made us feel like we were little children with the way he was speaking to us when trying rationalize that paying their price would only be an extra $2 a day spread amongst 5 years making the deal worth it. The only reason I am giving this 2 stars rather than 1 is because of the great hospitality shown to us by Jesus.

After multiple discussions on the phone, Arron (the guy who handles used car purchases), gathered detailed information about my mint 2005 BMW 325CI convertible and offered to buy my car for $5k. Bottom line up front: I met 2 salesmen, and the owner, and all three are excellent folks to deal with. I bought 1 clean vehicle that is running very well so far. The experience was lackluster at first, but was turned around and ended well.

After visiting about 5 dealerships during my search for a car, I ended up doing business here. I'm a stickler for details and as a salesman myself, hate when sales tactics are pulled on me. The salesmen here are as transparent as they can be, and sell by explaining the value of the car, not by hiding flaws.
I insisted on having an independent mechanic inspect the car before making a decision, and this dealership was happy to let me take the car out for over two hours while I visited my mechanic. They were helpful and professional in answering every question I had, big or small.

I went in ready to buy a car since i bought from them before and the sales agent was rude and insulting. The car i went for had sold!!! even though i called that same morning and they told me car was available.
The agent showed me "similar" cars but when i told him what i wanted he started to emphasize and question my credit score. I felt judged and insulted. When i showed him that the same car was listed for much cheaper. He refused to discuss car further and told me that those other dealers are liers and fakes.
This is very upseting and disapointing

They were able to let us take the car the same day on the spot, they took care of all the nitty gritty DMV work there for you so you don't have a headache. I was drawn to Great Neck Car Buyers & Sellers because of their high rating on the internet. I'm not much of a reviewer, but given my experience with Great Neck Car Buyers & Sellers, I felt compelled to write them a review.
All my previous vehicles that I bought used... I mainly purchased cash from 1st owner private sellers. The only other time I purchased from a franchised dealership is if the vehicle was brand new, CPO, and/or still under original manufacturer's warranty. Finding a reputable non-franchised dealership is a daunting task, which is why I had never gone that route

Tried a bunch of different car places and great neck was able to get me into a great car for a great price. I don't have any credit history so getting the big banks to trust me with a great car was tough. They did everything they could to get me into the car I wanted and only having to put a little down.
