He initially was responsible for the coordination of budget and workout plans for hundreds of REO properties across the United States involved in the 1980's EPIC Bankruptcy Plan. He was responsible for the calculation and collection of an additional one million dollars due to a client in the TMIC mortgage insurance liquidation.
