High-Tech Professionals
High-Tech Professionals was founded in 1996 by Denise Lidell. She has a B.S. in Computer Science and a Masters in Counseling Psychology with emphasis on Career Development. She began her career as a Software Engineer at Electro Scientific Industries, Inc., and Tektronix, Inc., then transitioned into sales of software tools for software developers.

In 1996 Denise established High-Tech Professionals, a recruiting and contract placement agency. Because of our background and experience in software engineering, this company has a good understanding of the kind of skills our clients are looking for as well as the kind of positions that would be a good career move for skilled professionals.
Services
Below is a list of our current and past job openings. We are executive recruiters for both permanent and contract jobs in Computer, Engineering and Information Technology (IT) in California, Oregon and across the US. The job openings we recruit for include software and hardware engineers, programmers, sales and marketing personnel, human resources, management, quality assurance, testers, technical writers and other jobs in the high-tech field.
Our goal is to help you find your ideal opportunity and then present only those positions that would enable you to achieve your career goals. To do this we need to get as much information about your background, experience, and goals as possible. It will be forwarded to the correct recruiter for review.
Having a good resume is an important part of the job search. Below is some resume help that can greatly boost your job search as well as a change in career search. Choose the right length - We usually recommend a length of about 1-3 pages depending on your number of years of experience. If you have over 10 years of experience, one page is usually not going to adequately describe all of your skills and expertise.
Research your prospective employer - Learn as much as you can about the company, it's products, services and/or technology before the job interview. Find the company web site and review all the information you can find about the company. Be prepared with some interview questions for your potential employer.
Here are some links that will help you with relocation. They are provided only as a service to you. High-Tech Professionals does not certify or attest to the validity or accuracy of the information or services contained on these linked sites. United States Newspapers - Find newspapers in your destination city to search for housing and other local services.

Great Job! I have worked with Denise at High Tech Pros off and on for over 25 years. She and her company have performed like the professionals she recruits. Top notch. Her efforts for my small concern were the same as for the Fortune 500 companies she ably helps. Her poise and determination provided the best match for my staffing. I will use her company again.

I was an assistant to Denise Lidell of High-Tech Professionals for over three years and never once had a bad experience. Denise was always very professional and pleasant to work with, as well as her other employees. I would not hesitate to recommend working for High-Tech Professionals to anyone I know.
