Very unprofessional. I called to require info and the person who answered the phone was extremely rude. When I explained the situation he said “it don’t work like that”. When I asked how I got about posting a bail he was very rude. I asked how much a down payment would be and he responded with “I don’t know… maybe $1,000-$1,100” like he didn’t even know what he was talking about. When I thanked him and told him I had no clue what I was doing, so thanks for the info he responded with “okay” and hung up. It’s 11/6/21 at 1:40pm so whoever was working the phones at this time I

My girlfriend paid my bond.. chucks wife latonia who I believe left the 5 stars in reviews “latonia Brown” took a bond payment knowing that I had a holder.I never got out sat in JAIL for the next 3 MONTHS. When I returned home I told my girlfriend that she should’ve been returned the money because I never got out (call any other bonds place they will tell you this) latonia told her that the payment had already been processed and the payment was non refundable.. Very deceptive and not upfront about fees. Lied about return of collateral and sold it before bond was finalized. Initial fee was quoted at $800 and when returning for collateral Chuck Brown said it was now $4,000. Will be filing complaints with the ODI for return of money. Go to another bondsman who is honest, you'll be better off.
