Services
We are a family medicine practice founded by Linda Gromko MD in 1989. We are one of the few Seattle practices that exists today as an independent entity. We offer family medicine, transgender care, and have now added Transformative Aesthetics providing a full range of services. Dr. Gromko has provided general medical care to Seattle's transgender community since 1998.

For routine (non-urgent) matters, follow the directions on the greeting, make an appointment, or leave a message with the medical assistant working with your provider.
Outside of our medical office hours of M-F 9am-5pm, you can still call (206) 281-7163 and follow the instructions on the recorded message carefully. The on-call provider will be paged. DO NOT LEAVE AN URGENT MESSAGE ON THE VOICEMAIL. If you are not able to contact us through our after-hours phone service, please GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM of your choice.
Care at Queen Anne Medical Associates is provided by Linda Gromko, MD and by Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners Carol Keenholts ARNP, Summer Richardson ARNP, and Rachel Arnold ARNP. Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners are Master's level Registered Nurses who have gone through special training in the evaluation and treatment of patients.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card - as well as cash and personal checks. There is a $35 NSF fee. Insurance has changed a great deal in the recent past. Now more than ever, you must be aware of what your insurance will provide and whether our practice is even contracted with your insurance company.

THE INCOMPETENCE. I went in for aesthetics and was treated with so much disdain, I arrived early but had to wait an hour after my appointment time and then met with suzi and asked her about different services she didn't even know the stuff on their own website! It felt like I was teaching her about the services :(
