Dr. Derek and Dr. Krysta Stickler both attended Parker University in Dallas, Texas where they received their Chiropractic degrees. Dr. Derek and Dr. Krysta attended classes together through their doctoral training where they met, found a lasting partnership and decided to pursue their dreams together as a couple.

Pregnancy brings about many changes in a mother's body, including low back pain, sciatica, and many others.

What used to be just cracking bones, getting adjusted, is now a profession trained to treat the well-being of the entire body with Chiropractic adjustments, muscle release, and physical therapy.
Pregnancy brings about many changes in a mother's body, including low back pain, sciatica, and many others. Dr. Krysta provides a specific and gentle adjustment to the spine and pelvis which allows the nervous system to function maximally. In turn, a pregnant mom-to-be can experience her pregnancy with less aches and pains, better digestion, decreased stress, greater immune competence and above all, enhanced development for her growing baby.
Chiropractic adjustments for infants and children are a lot lighter than that on adults, and commonly calm and soothe your baby. Often times a baby's spine can be out of alignment just like ours, but because of their inability to communicate what is wrong it often leaves a parent feeling helpless and confused about what to do to ease their child's discomfort.

This is one of the best places I’ve been in Pueblo! They always make time to fit me in with my busy schedule and I leave feeling so much better. I highly recommend this place and Dr. Derek! They are extremely professional, informative, and actually take time to help fix the issue going on. Staff is extremely helpful and nice!

Love Dr. Derek, the staff and love that Dr. Krysta also works with alternative homeopathic solutions for health and well being.
They truly mean to help you heal rather than just rotate you in and out.

We had a wonderful experience today and we’ll every appointment we’ve had at longevity has been great! Today though after momma and almost 3 month old twins, Ella & Zoe were adjusted we were able to tandem nurse before our ride home! This is huge for us!
