Absolutely HORRIBLE and CHEAP. DO NOT BUY !!! After only 3 months, yes 3 months, the cushions on my new Love Seat began sagging. I called customer service and they said since my Furniture Store purchased it from a company going out of business they will not honor any warranty. Sadly. This company makes extremely cheap furniture using the cheapest material possible that will last only months !!! Not years

Purchased a reclining leather couch about two years ago with a five year extended warranty. The cushions are now failing and Southen Motion said they would fix the couch "if we mailed the couch back to them at our own expense". So if I spend over a thousand dollars on shipping they will fix an $1,800 couch..this company is an embarrassment to the saying "American made". My next course of action is a complaint to the Better Business Bureau...

Ordered sofa and loveseat at gavigans from this manufacturer on January 1, 2021 and was told 16 -22 wks for delivery. Well it's now july and we are being told maybe sept that are sofa and love seat will not go into manufacturing until july 25. So beware if you see furniture made by this company choose another unless your willing to wait 9 months or longer for it!

Ordered my furniture over 6 months ago and am still waiting. Southern Motion seems to contract with low quality freight companies, as the item was picked up from their warehouse 3 weeks ago and the sofa is just sitting somewhere, not on its way to the retailer. There isn't even a date that it will be delivered, which I don't understand. Why is Southern Motion working with freight carriers that take over a month to deliver the load?

Bought a leather sectional and 0 gravity chair. Right off the bat, the lumbar support in the chair would not stay inflated. Service Tech came out to inspect it and found the bladder was bad and the motor was bad. He said it definitely was not a brand new chair and he sees this alot with So. Motion furniture.
The corner seat part of the sectional was about 2 inches lowe than the other parts. In less than 2 months, the Tech has been out 3 times. Thankfully our retail store has been more than helpful in getting these issues resolved. For the money we paid, I expected more. Very disappointed in the

Paid a pretty penny for a three recliner leather sectional and a leather reclining sofa. Only had them for about 5 years...with only one person in the home. They started cracking and peeling all over the place and look horrible. Of course it is out of warranty. I called two different leather repair companies only to be told that my furniture was not real leather but had a vinyl coating. While real leather can be restored the vinyl can not be repaired. I spent good money to have good quality furniture that would last....now I've hot furniture that looks terrible and can't be repaired.
