Rick Miller formed Jade Enterprises in 1995. His father has been a Certified Kitchen Designer since the 1960's and taught this trade to Rick and his brother throughout the years. Rick's brother, John, formed his own cabinet manufacturing business, located in Amsterdam NY in 1983, where both Rick and John manufactured cabinets and did cabinet refacing throughout Fulton and Montgomery counties.
In 1995, Rick left the cabinet manufacturing business to form Jade Enterprises, a full-service kitchen and bathroom remodeling company. Rick expanded his territories to include a 60 mile radius surrounding the Amsterdam NY area. Rick is proud to be able to offer custom-made products that are manufactured locally.

Jade Enterprises is independently owned by Rick Miller, who has been in the kitchen industry for over 30 years. Founded in 1995, Jade Enterprises has been servicing Amsterdam, New York and the surrounding areas for over 20 years. Jade Enterprises specializes in residential kitchen and bathroom renovations.
Jade Enterprises provides a free 3D image of your kitchen so you can get a better idea of what it will look like when it is finished. If there is anything you may not like, or would like to change, the 3D image can be altered most times right at the time of the presentation. Jade Enterprises will work with you for days, weeks or even months, until you are 100% happy with every aspect of your remodeling project.
Give us a call, and Rick will come out to your home and discuss your project ideas. He will explain Jade's installation process in detail and give you a Free initial estimate. If you decide you want to proceed with your project, we will provide a formal contract outlining all details of the job. We handle all aspects of your job, including vanities, sinks, faucets, backsplash, tubs, toilets, and of course, custom built tile showers.
Granite is considered an ideal choice for kitchen countertops because it can withstand high heat (up to 1,200 degrees Fahrenheit). Granite countertops are virtually scratch-proof and will not scratch even when directly cut on. Granite is a natural igneous rock found within the earth's surface. It consists of feldspar, quartz, mica, and other minerals that all contribute to the unique coloration and texture of each granite deposit.
What sets Jade Enterprises apart from other custom or semi-custom cabinet companies is the fact that we can design your kitchen to fit your space, without the use of fillers or relying on stock size cabinetry. Our cabinets have been manufactured locally in Amsterdam, NY since 1983 by Add-Life Kitchens.

We hired Jade Enterprises for a complete remodel of our kitchen. New tile floors, new custom cabinets with new granite countertops and backsplash, install of hood and several new appliances and some painting. The team worked hard and did a great job! One of the best parts is that with all the work we had done they did their very best to limit our inconvenience. They would do part of a floor one day so that we could still walk through the room, always left us with at least one working sink to be able to do dishes, etc. The work was excellent. I had a small area of my kitchen done by Rick and his crew, countertop, cabinets, backsplash areas. Crew was on it everyday with no stopping for lunch etc. Rick is on top of what gets done, what needs to get done and follows up on everything including phone calls. Any issues come up he makes it right. Great guy to deal with. I would have him back again.
