Services
Since 1980, OSI Physical Therapy has been a leading force in orthopedic rehabilitation, wellness and injury prevention. With that as our mission and core focus, we opened our doors in a small Stillwater, Minnesota building along side other medical professionals. Our reputation for a unique and successful approach to sports medicine and rehabilitation grew steadily.
More and more people are turning to OSI as their first choice for treating painful movement. Seeking to avoid long-term medication and sometimes surgery, many people want to fix their sports injury or pain. They don't want to treat the symptoms. OSI orthopedic specialists, licensed physical therapists, and personal trainers are experts in movement, physical rehabilitation, and exercise rehabilitation.
At OSI we can treat you for a wide variety of services. We invite you to call and schedule a free phone consultation with one of our physical therapists to learn how we can help. Aquatic Therapy, which is also called Pool Therapy, is an exercise and rehabilitation program that is performed in the water.
As a therapy practice, our core purpose is to help people improve their quality of life by feeling better, moving, and performing daily activities to the best of their abilities. Assist patients and clients in achieving optimal function through effective interventions, programs, information and self-management.
OSI's philosophy is to provide each patient with the care needed to progress toward their expected outcomes, manage their care in the most cost effective and efficient manner, and educate them on how to safely manage their condition. We expect our staff to pay attention to detail, go out of the way to satisfy our customers, do the right thing, and treat everyone with the utmost respect and compassion.

Tore my ACL in Jan of '15 snowboarding. Went to OSI post surgery and they were amazing. Joe and Jenny took the time to understand my goals and worked to craft a plan to help me reach them. They pushed me when i needed it but also easy to work with. Would highly reccomend. They got be back out on the snow by opening day the following winter.

This is the fourth in my series related to my knee surgery to replace a torn ACL. See http://www.yelp.com/biz/high-point-surgery-center-lake-elmo#hrid:6kT-ytuaUmbPOq58jWiqSQ for the third review.
It's difficult to do clinic reviews because so much of it is tied to your particular care provider (i.e. doctor, nurse, physical therapist, etc.). In my first visit to OSI, I wanted to get my knee assessed before deciding on surgery. OSI has a $30 assessment visit that is for an hour. The therapist I saw for that visit said I had some obvious weakness in my knee, but also focused in on the fact
