Our well-trained service team understands the demands of each unique event. Whether dropping off or staffing on site, clients can expect professional, courteous, and helpful service.

Planning a wedding can be overwhelming and time-consuming, we are here to help. You should be enjoying this time in your life together and not stressing out over the details.
At Twelve 31 Events, we're extremely confident you'll love our food. We know if we provide the catering services for your event, your guests and family will be talking about how amazing the food and service was. You can arrange a tasting at our kitchen to sample some of our delicious food. If you are sampling from our plated menu you will select two salads, two entrees and two sides to try.
Any meeting scheduled near breakfast or lunch should obviously include an assortment of options for your guests. My original catering plans fell through a week before our 30-person event. I came across Twelve 31 Events through frantic searching online for something I could pick up and serve quickly without needing full catering services. Michael was very responsive and able to help with last minute accomodations for our event. I picked up four of the tray favorites the day of the event. The instructions were super simple and easy to follow, and the food turned out great.

Highly recommend for any catering needs! I used Melissa and Michael's wonderful catering for some family in town. They were so easy to work with at the beginning - and even recommending options that would be most cost effective. The food was SO GOOD. We ordered the BBQ one day (oh my god that mac and cheese) and then a mix of their available dishes for day two (they even included directions for us to finish). The entire family raved about it. We will absolutely use this catering company again!

A large luncheon for my daughter’s private high school staff went off without a hitch. Mike and Melissa worked with us to accommodate a variety of dietary needs and responded to email inquiries within an hour. They were exactly on time with delivery and assisted with set up at the school. The positive feedback from the staff was overwhelming. They indicated the food was excellent and thanked everyone for the quality and attention to detail. Thank you again Twelve-31!
