Leroy Schrock started building and remodeling homes in the Hayward Lakes area in 1965. Leroy built quality, custom homes at a reasonable price - a philosophy that still works for us to this day. Eventually Leroy passed the company he built to his grandsons, Todd and Tim Schrock. Leroy's clients and those we've serviced recently continue to give references for the quality craftsmanship in the homes we build.
