National First Response is a fantastic company. Eric gave suggestions and was always quick to respond. The workers were efficient, skilled and friendly. The office managers were sweet and highly knowledgeable as well as efficient. I could not have had a better experience. I highly recommend them.

The entire First Response team was both professional and educational in their repair of my water heater problem. My unit 'blew' and the team responded with quick service and repair of the damaged area...advising me of the process every step of the way......and they we always on time. They wore their masks, as expected, and did a complete and thorough job. Nicely done!!!

We had NFR do a bathroom remodel for us. Their team was professional, courteous and did top notch work. They used a couple of subs (tile, custom vanity, shower glass) and they were also professional and courteous, and timely. The project included demo-ing a shower to enlarge it, installing new tile and glass walls. They also installed a new vanity and linen closet, tiled the floors, and installed a barn door. NFR was very patient with our process, and allowed us to add tiling the master bedroom and closet to match. We even had a kitchen pantry add-on to the scope. Eric Walters, our construction

Chris and his crew were outstanding resources in helping to restore our son's home following a fire. While another company did the major clean-up and clearing out the charred materials, Chris and his crew performed the vast majority of the rebuild - and we wish we had given the entire project to them. We loved working with Chris and his crew, the communication was excellent, they came in on budget and they did a fantastic job. After my entire home flooded, National First Response made a difficult situation a pleasant experience. From my Project Manager Cory to the trade workers, (Jeremy, Casey, Steve and the others I didn't get to meet in person) all were professional, did great work, were patient with my requests/questions and even cleaned up after themselves! They kept on schedule and offered excellent recommendations for other services I needed (furniture restoration and even camping tips!). I highly recommend them and would use them again!
