With years of transportation experience, and a vision of a team environment with superior leadership, Expedite Logistic Services was established by Jimmy and Kelly Thompson in 2001. In 2004, drawing on Jimmy's knowledge of transportation services and his positive leadership ability, the business team expanded, and became Thompson Transportation Services.
Thompson Transportation services include Dry Van Division, Expedite Logistics Services and Bulk End Dump. Virco has been partners with Thompson Transportation for many years. Their staff is always helpful and friendly. Our freight is not the easiest to deal with, as often times it's floor loaded and we require inside delivery on many loads as well as appointment times.

In addition to full truckload van and flatbed services, we offer volume, hotshots, intermodal, ocean, specialized, and bulk services.
Servicing 47 states (excluding California), our bulk division is 100% owner-operated, utilizing 40' end dump trailers, transporting products such as roofing granules, scrap metals and alloys. We also offer brokerage services to ensure our customers receive superior service. Miller and Company has been using Thompson Transportation for much of our end dump business for the past several years.
