So my story is a little long. Up front, this is about customer service, specifically Mike and not their work. I went into their website and asked for them to come for a quote. It took four days for them to get back with me but I understood. He called me on a Monday and said he could come out the following week. I said Wednsday and Thursday I telework so that would be best. He said he would call and let me know. A week went by and I heard nothing. That Thursday I called the company and they said they would give him the message. He did not call me until 700 that night and it seemed he forgot all

I had Southeast Concrete Solutions grind stain and sealer off of my garage floor. Mike and his team ground 1150 square feet of concrete within my garage. Their process was clean with minimal concrete dust within the garage they did all the work dry. They cleaned up all the removed material and removed it from the job site. The floor looks just like brand new concrete it was a mess prior to this work peeling stain and sealer. I have included both before and after photos. I would recommend Southeast Concrete Solutions they are a great group to work with,
