Commerce Location, horrible service!! Horrible attitudes!!! Rude, lack of professionalism!!! Poor ethical workmanship!!! A couple of ladies are always shouting or yelling!!! Just like wild hungry hyenas in there case hungry for money!!! Poor souls...
People make sure you write and include locations. The staff at the Frio St. location are much more polite. They do there job professionally and they treat one like human beings and don't judge you which, is not there job!!! They treat like a criminal for petty mistake! It happens to the best of us plus sometimes we get dirty, careless cops!!!

They stole $500.00 from me. Literally. My friend got a DUI. His mother called me and asked for help so I obliged. I understand a DUI is a serious charge but I've known this person for a long time and he's my friend. My friend is down on his luck and he needed help, so I went to Cowboy Bail Bonds and paid 500.00 for his bail. Turns out, I find out later that day, he had already bailed himself out. I called Cowboy Bail Bonds back that day. They tell me i can't get my money back until tomorrow morning. The next day they tell me they can't give me my money back until the next afternoon

VERY nice people I’ve never had to deal with a bail bond place but they are very patient and informative and super nice with everything. When i got out they helped me call a ride bc my phone was dead and they let me sit in there while i waited bc it was freezing outside! and they are always sweet and fast when i call in for check ins. I highly recommend them at this location!
