We really enjoyed working with Brian Tripoli and Annie Wiesenberg from City Home Collective! Both are warm, energetic real estate professionals that made our home buying process EASY! They were quick to respond to all email and phone inquiries....and we had many!! They also provided extra assistance since we do not live locally.

I recently both sold a house and purchased a condo using Annie Wiesenberg. She made each step of the process clear, simple, and transparent. She was great with every piece, from working squarely in my budget (and finding me a home at the lower end), getting me far more than expected for the sale of my home, to the little (but insanely stressful things) like finding me a place to stash my cat during the open house.
I strongly recommend both Annie and CityHomeCollective. I hope to not need to use them for a long time, but if I do need a real estate service I won't look anywhere else.

Adam just got done helping me buy a house, and, while I can't accurately express in words how positive of an experience it was, I'll do my best.
It was the perfect experience. This is my first house, so I don't have much for comparison, but I have plenty of homeowner friends and family and can confirm that it isn't supposed to be this easy. Adam took care of everything. There's no way I'd give these guys anything less than 5 stars. We went through Cityhome Collective after viewing quite a few of their open houses and seeing the marked difference of how they show houses vs. other real estate companies in the area. You'll know when you see a Cityhome Collective listing: gorgeous lighting, flattering angles that don't deceive but rather enhance natural features. Their open houses, too, are well marketed, and they provide their prospective buyers with high-end treats while they peruse.

I purchased my home through Leigh Anne with Cityhome a few years back. We were able to make an appointment within just a day or two of calling, and were eager to find and purchase a home within as short a time as possible. I felt like Leigh Anne understood that, and treated our search with the urgency we desired.
I really love their process for house-hunting. Sure, you'll go over the basics like number of bedrooms and bathrooms and such, but she also asked unexpected questions (and attached more importance to their answers) like what do we do in our free time, what is the feel of the home

Can't say enough about Corigan Kushma & the whole cityhomeCOLLECTIVE team! My husband & I just purchased our first home & could not have done it without Corigan! We were the accepted offer on a short sale and the process was far from short - 10 months start to finish. I asked multiple times over the past 2-3 months for information on the Urbana on 11th development. I finally received contact from one of the realtors last week about units available. Only 1 bedroom units left.
*Update: Apparently I was put on the wrong development contact list and Cody (the owner) got in contact with me directly about it. Props to them for figuring out what went wrong and trying to make it right. Bumped up from 1 to 2 stars.

When was the last time you were sad to say goodbye to your realtor? The first time my wife and I bought a condo we were cattle herded through the process by another person trying to make as many bucks as fast as possible. We recently sold that condo and honestly I can't even remember that realtor's name or whether it was a man or a woman! haha So when we moved to SLC it was important to me to find a realtor who A.
