The front desk customer service is poor and the ladies don't communicate with you. They don't even greet you when you first arrive for your visit at tge Los Colinas location. The transportation with Lyft is horrible. The ladies are not communicating to inform me of the driver on yesterday 10-28-2021. I waited for a message in regards to Lyft. The front desk business support lady at the South location never called the transportation at the main office to send a driver. I had to call the Los Colinas location to inquire about transportation. I didn't get a pickup until 30 minutes later. What I'm simply

Last week I had an appointment to get a physical exam and I ended up going to the wrong location in Irving. The staff was so wonderful helping me get another appointment the same day and I felt like the specialist who saw me understood the cause of my back pain. I'll be back again for an adjustment this week.

This place is amazing I went in with bad back pain in a panic bc I had to be at work or else, also worrying about a vacation I had planned and paid for coming soon. I need fast action and they did it! Dr Lanning had me up and back to work with in like 4 days! I will be a customer for as long as I need to be! Thank you all for making my vacation a reality!

I had a positive experience here and recommend them. I had issues with my neck and upper back recently. The staff was able to address my issues, provide good advice and was very pleasant to work with. They also gave me many tips to improve my posture and muscle trigger points. Great staff, very welcoming. Decor is a bit clinical, but it's a clinic and to be expected. The exam felt very thorough and the adjustments have been fantastic. The entire crew, from front staff, to the licensed doctors and even the studying interns have all been great. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.
Be aware that self-pay options are a bit more expensive than you might find elsewhere, but my rule in life, and experience so far with Grennan Chiropractic, is that you get what you pay for.
