We inform our Tifton patients about exam and treatment costs at the beginning of your appointment. If you require a breakdown of costs, please let us know.

Dr was friendly but will charge you for unexpected services not detailed in the printout given to you
For example, routine eye exam equipment was used but coded differently to be able to submit to medical insurance AND vision insurance. My vision insurance would have covered all expenses so no need to file medical. Quite naturally this Dr is not in network with my medical Drs so my medical would not pay 100% of extra filed expenses which I had to cover. Vision insurance rep said that was totally unnecessary and I will not be duped by this Dr again at the vision center at Walmart. Beware!
