If it were possible to give a higher than 5 star rating I would most certainly do it!
This past Friday evening, we were having an issue with our furnace producing cold air and I took a chance and called Gerner's 855 number. To my surprise, Kip answered even though he was enjoying an evening with his grand children. He patiently stepped me through the process to reset our unit and it it responded with heat as I had hoped. His verbal communication was excellent and I cannot thank him enough for being there for us!!!

The customer service is phenomenal. I have never had to go through the dreaded recordings of push this button to do this or that. An actual person answers the phone and many times it is the owner. I switched to Gerner because the prior provider was charging almost $1 more a gallon and have been delightfully pleased with everything about them. Once, there was an issue with my boiler and someone was dispatched in a timely manner.
I switched and have never looked back after more than 2 years. Superior service, fair pricing and a community-owned company, who could ask for more?
