Services
Perry Green Valley Health Care is a 24-hour licensed long-term care facility. We serve persons who may have a chronic illness or disability or may have conditions requiring daily medical attention that prevents them from living independently. Our health care services include medical and non-medical care for individuals who need assistance with daily living activities such as dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting and eating.
Skilled nursing is typically required for a short duration following surgery or complex medical needs requiring hospitalization. Our services can help an individual during recovery from stroke, surgery, fractures, wound care, and other illnesses. We strive to help individuals regain their vitality and return home to resume their normal life, with a focus on an individual's health, activity function, and independence.
Social services are provided to assure that each resident can attain or maintain the highest practical physical, mental and psycho-social well-being. The Social Services Director can help with admission procedures, potential plan of care, advance directives, and designating a health care proxy. Dining services are open daily from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.
Our residents enjoy excellent value for their long-term care investment. Furnished private and semi-private rooms provide a comfortable, home-like environment. Rooms are equipped with half bath, electric adjustable bed, bed linens and pillow, wardrobe, nightstand, nurse call system, smoke detector and fire protection system, individual heat and air controls, cable television and wireless internet.

So thankful to have my mother in a loving caring facility. I brought her from a facility in Andover Ks, it was HORRIBLE! My mom was extremely sick and I firmly believe she wouldn't be here if I hadn't moved her to PGV. They have nursed her back to health and give her love in the hours that I can't be with her. My Dad was there in 2003 and the care was every bit as good. THANK YOU PERRY GREEN VALLY YOU ARE APPRECIATED!

Kindness, professionalism and caring is a dynamic combination when someone you love can no longer live alone and you have to find a nursing home. Green Valley has been very open to my questions and concerns and they have always be very willing and able to meet our needs. Every person (except one) has been extremely nice and I say "except one" because I want to be honest and say that there was one person who was a little short in her tone of voice. I have visited unannounced and have walked the halls many times. The staff at every level has been exceptional. I highly recommend Perry Green Valley
