Make sure you're signed up AT LEAST 30 minutes prior to the class start time so we can send you the link to join. Be sure to click "join with audio" or you won't be able to hear me. You can also do a quick test of your audio. If you accidentally join without audio, just close out of Zoom and rejoin selecting audio.

As a courtesy, when you join the Zoom event, your camera will be off so that you can turn it on when you're ready. Likewise, your audio will be off. Feel free to turn it on and chat with others before we start. Once we start, I'll mute everyone so the only sound will be coming from my microphone.

Kali Yoga is a boutique yoga studio at Lake Oconee dedicated to supporting people in their commitment to whole health. Through the practice of yoga, we ultimately create happier, healthier people, connected to themselves and others. The core of Kali Yoga starts in the studio with a variety of 5+ styles of yoga, including Hatha, Power, Vinyasa, Yin+Vinyasa, and Kali (hot) Vinyasa.
A dynamic and challenging sequence of postures, power vinyasa practice integrates and detoxifies. Linking body movement with breath flow and powerful connection is established. This practice builds strength, flexibility, endurance and super charges the body's energy. The practice cultivates a meditative quality of a clam mind through present moment awareness and focus on the breath.
We understand, life happens, but, we aim to be early or on time out of respect for everyone's time. Cell phones are not permitted in yoga rooms. Many of our guests enjoy a quiet and meditative atmosphere so please be respectful and turn your phone off. In fact, while you are relaxing and unwinding, is best to leave your (turned-off) phone in the dressing room).
Do you want to be an effective and powerful vinyasa teacher? Do you want to fill the room and be a teacher whose classes are well attended? Can you do both? This intensive will take your skills and your teaching to new levels, as you learn to skillfully weave and fuse form and flow, where heartfelt teachings converge with skillful alignment in the rhythmic pulse of breath and body.
We are happy to have you practice with us! Please read and sign the following form prior to class. Do you have any physical limitations that could be aggravated by exercise? It is your responsibility to inform the instructor of your limitations before class begins. I represent and warrant that I am in good physical health and do not suffer from any medical condition which would limit my participation in the classes offered at Kali Yoga.

Traci’s classes are dynamic and inclusive. This hasn’t changed since moving to an online format (following social distancing guidelines 2020). She still manages to hold space for her students that feels welcoming and safe. This holds such value in our current climate. I highly recommend any of her classes!
