I was drug around for a week and a half by this company. The first person didn't make my appointment like he said he did. The second time i called a different person supposedly made an appointment for a week from the day I called back, however on the day of the appointment at 4 pm with no word I call them again. This time I was told the employee that was supposed to make the appointment was out sick, and had been. I was told the next day someone would be out to give me a quote for the service I have had to explain each time I have called. The day went by and again no word, so I call once more.

Townsend Pump was a pleasure to work with! They set a new water well and pump at our winery in Smyer, Texas. Daryl came out, found the best spot to drill the well and helped us through every step of the process. Their customer service is top notch and we appreciate the honest work they've provided. Well recommended!!
