I worked directly with Austin Visuals in coordinating and directing a mechanism of action animation video for my company. Matt and Tom were incredible to work with, and were able to ensure that we met the tight deadlines we had for the completion of the video in order to ensure it was ready for our new product launch. Matt was able to streamline the process for us, and was highly skilled at planning and managing all critical stages of the project. One of the most important factors in working with a business is communication. With animation, there is a lot of back and forth, trying things and then tweaking them. It was rare that Austin Visuals even took as long as an hour to get back to me after emailing, and it was usually in a few minutes. They took my vision of a weird, off the wall music video and ran with it, making it there own. And maybe most importantly, they offered the quality I was expecting within my budget limitations. Also, Nancy is funny. I would recommend.

Austin Visuals did an outstanding job with our 30 second animation video. Over the years, we have worked with a variety of agencies and Austin Visuals was by far the most responsive to our needs. They turned around our proposal quickly and clearly explained the process and expectations. I was impressed with the voice over options they gave us...other firms did not give us these options. In a matter of a few days, after signing the contract, they had a draft video for us to review. During the editing process, they listened and quickly made the changes we requested.
