Called for sympathy arrangement at 11:30 on a Saturday for family member, and asked if it was possible to deliver before they closed at 3. The said we will make this happen! (And they did!)

The review below was one I left in May. I gave only 1 star. In all fairness, my mother-in-law sent flowers to me (& the poor deliver person had to deliver in that torrential rain from a few weeks ago). Several weeks later, the flowers are still gorgeous. The arrangement is unique & colorful & simply perfect.
This is the other review from May: The clerk was super nice but the flowers were absolute junk. I purchased $30 of cut flowers on Thursday. One died Friday. Two died Saturday. The rest died today.
Anne's Florals & Gifts replied, asking for a photo of the dead flowers, saying quality is guaranteed

Anne’s Florals and Gifts made my wedding so incredibly beautiful! Darlene was incredible to work with. She was patient, took the time the get to know what my vision was, and was an absolute pleasure to work with!! I could not be more thrilled with the florals and that I received. My bouquet was still in perfect condition TWO WEEKS LATER! Thank you Darlene and the rest of the staff for making my wedding extra beautiful!!

I just want to start out and say they were amazing to work with! They did such a great job with our flowers for our wedding at the Bedford village inn! I couldn’t ask for someone better to handle such a huge task. Everything came on time and we literally had zero complaints. Would 100% recommend them to do flowers for anyone!

Darlene was so awesome to work with! My wedding bouquets, centerpieces and backdrop were all stunning! Everyone at the wedding loved the flowers, they were just so perfect. I basically just told Darlene the colors that I would be using in my wedding , and I was shocked to see how different and creative looking they were! I loved them so much that I got them preserved the next morning!

I called them this morning to order the Deal of the Day for my 95 year old grandmother and boy did they turn up. They were able to put together a gorgeous ensemble promptly, were great and easy to talk to on the phone, and made it easy for someone to pick them up on my behalf. My grandmother is thrilled with the flowers and says she's never seen a bouquet with such perfect flowers—not a single one wilting. Thank you guys for making it so easy to brighten up her week in such a beautiful way!

I was in search of some single carnations for my kindergarten class. I called this shop and was given the best service! They understood my need, gave me a wonderful price knowing it was going to small children that didn’t get to finish their school year, and had everything ready for me. They trusted me to return their bucket so I could keep the flowers fresh, which always means a lot , when stores trust their customers... She was also flexible when I needed to change and add a few more items. The bridal party flowers and the decor came out better than I imaged.
